Discovering the reformer back in 2009 transformed both my pilates’ teaching and practice. Incorporating reformer work into my routine also had a hugely positive affect on my marathon times. This incredible piece of apparatus is so versatile it can give a whole body workout every time. Today, I’ve taken inspiration from a group I teach who are using pilates to improve their cycling performance.
